From the supplier: The new Sharp Electronics Corp VIEWCAM video camera has features well suited to classroom presentations, multimedia and distance learning. The camera is equipped with a color, 4-inch liquid crystal display (LCD) for simultaneous playback while recording. Both the lens and screen tilt and rotate up to 270 degrees, which facilitates self-taping while teaching. VIEWCAM has remote operation in both record and playback modes. Audio recording and playback is in stereo. Ultra-high resolution video of 400 TV lines is built in. Special effects functions include Digital Snapshot, Strobe and Still. The camera offers power zoom, macro focus, auto focus and exposure, auto white balance, and electronic shutter and on-screen menus. Editing functions include Fader the Index Search scene finder. VIEWCAM can record from a VCR, TV or videodiosc player and can play back on projection screens.
